About Serenity NPIH

Meet Rachael
OFFICE COORDINATOR
Hello and welcome. I’m Rachael and I am the office coordinator here at SerenityNP. I have worked for Carolyn Johnson since 2017. I have learned so much about functional medicine and I continue to learn something new every day. I have realized how important it is to keep searching for the root cause of our health concerns in order to heal. I love all the things SerenityNP has to offer, especially our added services like red light sauna therapy and nutritional IV therapy. I have to say that the absolute best part of my job is getting to see our clients feel better and heal while witnessing their health transformation firsthand. I look forward to meeting you.
In my spare time, I love spending time with my husband and 2 daughters. We enjoy watching sports (both my daughters play softball and volleyball), listening to live music, & just enjoying the outdoors whenever we can. I also love to cook, bake, and attempt DIY projects.
I will be the friendly face you see when you walk through our doors and the warm voice you hear when you call. I take pride in treating all clients with courtesy, demonstrating professionalism, and dedication to my work. I look forward to serving you during your journey here at SerenityNP.

Meet Eniko
CLINICAL THERMOGRAPHER
Originally educated as a biochemical engineer in Hungary, Eniko eventually switched gears to follow her passion to focus on nutrition and natural therapy. Her interest in the lymphatic system prompted her to become a certified electrolymphatic therapist in 2007. Eniko also became a clinical thermographer in Illinois in 2011 where she serves clients providing the highest quality thermal imaging currently known.
Eniko loves to reach out to people who want to improve their overall health. She believes the highly sensitive thermal scan is crucial in prevention and early screening for breast health in women. Thermal imaging can also show precursors to heart disease, vascular obstruction, autoimmune disorders, skeletal dysfunction, and neural dysfunction in anyone. Early detection and prevention is always less complicated than treatment.
Meet Jenny
Hi, I’m Jenny, a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Rockford University and a proud veteran of the U.S. Navy. My path has been shaped by service, discipline, and compassion, and today I bring those values into my greatest passion: helping people feel vibrant, confident, and truly well.
I specialize in functional medicine, hormone optimization, and aesthetics, with a philosophy rooted in treating the whole person, not symptoms alone. I love uncovering the “why” behind health challenges and guiding patients toward personalized, sustainable solutions that support energy, balance, and vitality from the inside out.
I work closely with women who want to optimize their hormones, reclaim their confidence, and rediscover the best version of themselves. Many are navigating fatigue, seeking balance, or striving to feel at home in their bodies again. I’m here as both a clinician and a partner in that journey.
Beyond the Clinic
Wellness is central to how I live. I stay grounded with movement, whole-food nutrition, and mindful practices, while also making space for simple joys like baking sourdough bread, crafting cold process soaps, and spending time with my husband and three children.
My Philosophy
To me, wellness means balance. It means tuning into the body, honoring its signals, and creating a life where health feels natural, not forced. My goal is to help you discover that balance so you can feel energized, confident, and authentically you.
